    10.3 IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

    10.4 OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
